Set the photo's label to green and it appears instantly in the participant's branded gallery. They receive an automated email the moment new photos are ready to view, with everything synced live between your desktop and their browser. No exports, no upload step. The gallery is always up to date.

When a participant flags a photo for retouching, SessionFlow writes that change straight to standard XMP metadata. The file shows up red in Capture One, Lightroom, or whatever editor you already use. No plugins, no syncing scripts. Just open the file and the label is already there, waiting for your edit.

Edit and export as usual. The moment the retouched version is back in SessionFlow the label flips to blue, the new file drops into the participant's gallery alongside the original, and they're notified by email. No re-uploading, no zip files, no extra steps.
